In order to prepare for any body sculpting session, you should:

  • Drink at least 2 liters of water a day for 48 hrs prior to your treatment. Water intake is crucial for overall health and achieving, and maintaining, your body sculpting results.

  • Refrain from any alcohol consumption 48 hrs before your treatment

  • Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, or other anti-inflammatory products for 48 hours before treatment.

  • Avoid eating and drinking carbonated beverages for 2 hours prior to your appointment

  • Limit caffeine intake day of treatment (1 cup of coffee or tea)

  • Remove body jewelry

  • Come to your session with clean skin free of excess lotions and other products

  • Specifically for chin treatments:

    • discontinue retinoid use 10 – 14 days prior to treatment

    • remove all makeup and jewelry (including earrings)

Reschedule your appointment if:

  • You are menstruating (please try to schedule accordingly to avoid treatment while on or close to starting your period)

  • You have had a COVID-19 vaccine within the last 21 days

  • You have taken antibiotics or steroids in the last 14 days



Post treatment care is critical to the success of your treatment(s). Following your treatment, you should:

  • Engage in some brisk exercise, 20 - 30 min

  • Don’t eat for 60 mins following treatment (For best results focus on low carb, low fat, low sugar diet; healthy eating will help achieve desired results)

  • Do not heat your body immediately following treatment (really hot shower, steam, or sauna)

  • Avoid alcohol for 48 hours

  • Continue drinking lots of water for at least 48 hours following treatment

  • Limit caffeine intake for 48 hours post treatment
